Boundaries: Building Better Relationships

Boundaries: Building Better Relationships Virtual Support Group, provides a safe and inclusive space for individuals, to meet as a group bi-weekly, for boundary work education and to find comfort, support and guidance from one another.

 

Facilitated by Holly Hartman, a Certified Life Transformation, Trauma & Recovery, and Relationship Coach, this bi-weekly group provides a non-judgmental virtual forum for men and women in the Co-Ed Group or for Women in the Women’s Only Group.

 

Both groups address Boundaries: What are unhealthy boundaries and healthy boundaries and the deep and lasting impact it is having on your life and in your relationships. You will have the opportunity to share your story, hear the stories of others, and learn to set boundaries in your relationship with yourself and others. You will begin to gain the strength required to maintain your mental and emotional health and well-being, all within a safe and supportive atmosphere.

Boundaries Bi-weekly Support Meetings:

  • Group Coaching and Education 

  • Private Facebook Support Group 

  • Provide support, comfort and help in time of crisis

  • Help members establish personal boundaries

  • Reinforce positive coping behaviors

  • Are a forum to safely address feelings of anger, worry, sadness, hurt and guilt and share challenges and struggles

  • Create an avenue for sharing information, ideas and resources (helpful ‘feedback’ vs. advice-giving)

  • Give members the opportunity to “feel less alone” and find comfort in friendships of other members with shared experiences

  •  Provide regular educational material in both written form and by means of a series of guest speakers.
