Boundaries: Building Better Relationships Virtual Support Group, provides a safe and inclusive space for individuals, to meet as a group bi-weekly and for boundary work education and to find comfort, support and guidance from one another. Facilitated by Holly Hartman, a Certified Life Transformation, Trauma & Recovery, and Relationship Coach, this bi-weekly group provides a non-judgmental virtual forum for men and women in the Co-Ed Group or for women in the Women’s Only Group. LEVEL ONE: 4 Sessions Meeting Bi-Weekly WOMEN'S ONLY MEETING WEDNESDAY NIGHT: JANUARY 19TH - MARCH 2ND 8:00 PM EST CO-ED MEETING WEDNESDAY NIGHT: JANUARY 26TH - MARCH 9TH 8:00 PM EST LEVEL TWO: 4 Sessions Meeting Bi-Weekly Must Complete Level One WOMEN'S ONLY MEETING WEDNESDAY NIGHT: MARCH 16TH - APRIL 27TH 8:00 PM EST CO-ED MEETING WEDNESDAY NIGHT: MARCH 23RD - MAY 4TH 8:00 PM EST LEVEL THREE: 4 Sessions Meeting Bi-Weekly Must Complete Level One & Two WOMEN'S ONLY MEETING WEDNESDAY NIGHT: MAY 11TH - JUNE 22ND 8:00 PM EST CO-ED MEETING WEDNESDAY NIGHT: MAY 18TH - JUNE 29TH 8:00 PM EST Both groups address Boundaries: What are unhealthy boundaries and healthy boundaries and the deep and lasting impact it is having on your life and in your relationships. You will have the opportunity to share your story, hear the stories of others, and learn to set boundaries in your relationship with yourself and others. You will begin to gain the strength required to maintain your mental and emotional health and well-being, all within a safe and supportive atmosphere. Benefits to join the Boundaries: Building Better Relationships Support Group Boundaries bi-weekly support meetings: * Group Coaching and Education * Private Facebook Support Group * Provide support, comfort and help in time of crisis * Help members establish personal boundaries * Reinforce positive coping behaviors * A forum to safely address feelings of anger, worry, sadness, hurt and guilt and share challenges and struggles * Create an avenue for sharing information, ideas and resources (helpful ‘feedback’ vs. advice-giving) * Give members the opportunity to “feel less alone” and find comfort in friendships of other members with shared experiences * Provide regular educational material in both written form and by means of a series of guest speakers.
